Our challenge has been to provide post-graduation career support to grads. The Grad CareerFestival has been an excellent way to deliver scalable career advice 24x7 and our grads love it.
Our polls showed alumni expect us to provide career and professional development programming but we just didn’t have the staff or budget to accomplish that. Outsourcing this to TalentMarks gave us 36 first-class webinars to share with alumni every year.
I had no idea students were not required to invest time in career courses. I immediately started reminding my son to visit the career center and continually nudging him to participate in career events.

We have found we need to connect with students as early as their freshmen year. This has given us the opportunity not only to increase our internship pool but provide us a long-term strategy to engage talent and increase loyalty.
The employment world is always in flux. TalentMarks unique events gives me an opportunity to get in front of an audience that can lead to company consulting agreements and individual coaching assignments.
